The Administrator of the mitomo.pl online store makes every effort to protect the privacy and information provided to them regarding customers of the mitomo.pl online store. The Administrator carefully selects and applies appropriate technical measures, including programming and organizational measures, ensuring the protection of processed data, in particular protecting data against disclosure to unauthorized persons, disclosure, loss and destruction, unauthorized modification, as well as against processing in violation of applicable law.

2. Under Article 15 of GDPR, you have the right to obtain information from the Personal Data Controller as to whether your personal data is being processed.
If personal data is being processed, you have the right to:

  • access to personal data
  • obtain information about the purpose of processing, recipients of this data, planned period of storage of personal data, about the rights you have under GDPR and about the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, about the source of this data, about automated decision-making, including profiling, and about safeguards applied in connection with the transfer of this data outside the EU
  • obtain a copy of your personal data.

If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request (Article 16 GDPR) that the Administrator immediately rectify or complete your personal data.
If you wish to request rectification or completion of data, please submit your request to the email address ewa.kalinina@mitomo.pl.
If you have registered in the online store, you can rectify or complete your personal data yourself by logging into your account in the mitomo.pl online store.

Under Article 17 of GDPR, you have the right to request that the Personal Data Controller delete your personal data when:

  • Your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed
  • you have withdrawn your consent to the processing of your personal data
  • Your personal data has been processed unlawfully
  • You have objected to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes, profiling, to the extent that the processing is related to direct marketing.
  • You have objected to the processing of your personal data in connection with processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Personal Data Controller or a third party.

Despite your request to delete personal data, the Personal Data Controller may continue to process your data for the purpose of establishing, pursuing, or defending claims, which they are obliged to inform you about.

Under Article 18 of GDPR, you have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal data in the event that:

  • you contest the accuracy of your personal data
  • the processing of your data is unlawful, and instead of deleting personal data, you request restriction of their processing
  • Your personal data is no longer needed for processing purposes, but is needed to establish, pursue, or defend your claims
  • you have objected to the processing of your personal data for the time needed to determine whether the legitimate interests on the part of the Personal Data Controller override the grounds indicated in your objection

Under Article 20 of GDPR, you have the right to receive from the Personal Data Controller your personal data in a commonly used format and to send it to another personal data controller. You have the right (Article 21 GDPR) at any time to object to the processing of your personal data, including profiling, in connection with:

  • processing for direct marketing purposes,
  • processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or processing necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Personal Data Controller or a third party.

You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent before its withdrawal.
